Text Connects 30-Day Trial applies to our Exchange hosting service for new accounts on all platforms. All Exchange plans qualify for the 30-Day Trial. Please note that initial setup fees and migration fees are non-refundable. Due to licensing restrictions, we are not able to offer refunds on wireless or Good Mobile Messaging fees, or for Exchange add-on features, including additional disk space, archiving, Fax via Email and SharePoint.
If you wish to exercise the out clause of the 30-Day Trial option and receive a refund of your Exchange hosting service fees, please contact us within the first 30 days of the new account creation.
